Mango Lassi

      Mango Lassi- -sweet and rich lassi, with mango, yogurt, sugar, pistachios and dash of cardamom.

Ingredients:
Serving: 4
Cooking time: 10 minutes
* 2 cup Mango Pulp 
* 3 cup Yogurt 
* 1/4 cup Sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom powder(option)
* Crushed ice as required
* Some Pistachios chopped
Method:

* Transfer mango pulp into a blender. 

* Add sugar and blend. 

* Add yogurt and blend again. 

* Add crushed ice and cardamom powder blend to a smooth mixture.


* Take serving glasses. 

* Pour Lassi and fill up the glasses.

* Enjoy!!!

Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bowl

    This Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bowl is the perfect way to start your day. You can fill it with Greek yogurt, which is high in protein and top it with your favorite healthy carbs and superfoods, which gives you an energy boost.. Endless variations in this bowl too and these Greek Yogurt Bowls are absolutely perfect for entertaining your morning hungers too:)

Ingredients::
1- serve
Preparation time: 5 min.
cooking time: 0 min. 
1 bowl Greek Yogurt or Regular Yogurt
1/3 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup Pineapple (chopped)
1/4 cup Dry cranberries
1 tablespoon Granola bar(crumbled)
Some Honey for drizzle
Few Mint leaves(fresh)
Method::
* Place Greek Yogurt in a bowl.
* Top with blueberries, pineapples, dry cranberries, crumbled granola bar.
* Drizzle with some honey on top.
* Garnish with some fresh mint leaves.

NOTE::
* You can use simple regular yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.
* You may use flavored yogurt too.
* You may add or subtract fresh fruits of your choices too.
* You may add oats or/and even chia seeds or/and flax seeds in yogurt and leave it for overnight and next morning top with fresh fruits and serve too.
* You may add white or dark or regular chocolate chips or even brown sugar in bowl too.
* You can top bowl with some nuts like almond, cashews, pistachios,walnut, pecans or even dry figs or dates any of your choice.

Crackers Mexican Pizzas

   This recipe is for when you want to get creative with some simple and delicious recipe combinations for an unforgettable time! When it's time to do some entertaining, we often find we need some quick hors d'oeuvres ideas in a hurry. And this delicious recipe takes under 20 minutes to make..Let's meet my the unstoppable MVP of the snack table--"Cracker Mexican Pizzas"

Serves:24
Time:20 mins.

Ingredients::
1/2 cup cooked refried beans
1/3 cup chopped lettuce, bell-peppers and tomatoes
48 Crackers (I used Ritz crackers )
2-3 tablespoon salsa
6 slices Pepper jack cheese(each cut into 8 pieces) 
See Note for more variation in ingredients.
Method::
* Heat the oven to 350*F.
* Place all crackers, top side down, in a single layer on baking sheet.
* Top with each cheese piece on it.
* Bake for 3 min. or until cheese melt.
* Take out baking sheet and top only 24 crackers with refried beans.

* Cover with remaining crackers,cheese sides down.
* Top cracker with salsa.

* Top with mix of lettuce-bell pepper-tomatoes.
* Serve them immediately.
* Cheers!!

NOTE::
- You may add  any topping for pizzas like olives and onions or even subtract any dislike topping too.
- You can use any your choice of slices of cheese.
- Top with sour cream if you like it.

Watermelon Salsa

  Refreshing and appetizing...You'll fall in love with my 5 ingredients recipe for this Watermelon Salsa.. The only thing that can possibly make watermelon better is a super simple and healthy recipe for Watermelon Salsa. I mean.. 5 ingredients!! although not obvious hit the spot!:) It has this totally salty sweet thing that is wondering.. And even though Watermelon is the star, it's not over powering..just refreshing.. This is also a great way to do something different with part of giant Watermelon:) I figure there are only a few months out of the year where I can eat it until my heart busts, so why not!! I just want to eat that with chips right now!!!

Ingredients:
2 cups diced Watermelon
1/2 cup chopped red Onion
1/2 teaspoon chopped Jalapeno or green chillies
1/2 Lime (juiced)
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Salt to taste
Method:
* Gently fold all the ingredients together in a big mixing bowl.

* Serve with Corn Chips or any chips or crackers as a topping. 

* Enjoy!!!

Spritesicles & Lemonsicles (Sprite Popsicle & Lemonade Popsicles)

    If you haven't made your own Popsicle before, than these two different types of popsicles are probably the easiest things you can do anytime in no time. these are the recipe that you can "pour-and-go"!!! Also huge choices of variation in this easy recipe. You and your kids will love being involved in dreaming up all the flavor possibilities. It's wholesome way to make a cool snack that both you, and your kids and probably even neighborhood kids are going to love this summer. Check out my two variation of this cool Popsicles..

Ingredients:
For Spritesicles (sprite popsicles):
Serves:4
3/4 cup Sprite or 7up
4 Strawberries (cut in 4 pieces)
10-12 Blueberries
8 Gummies
For Lemonsicles (lemonade popsicles):
Serves:4
1 cup Lemonade
1 Kiwi (sliced cut)
4 Strawberries (cut in 4 pieces)
8-10 Blueberries
some Gummies
Method:
For Spritesicles:
* Place the fruits and gummies in each Popsicle mold.
* Add in the Sprite.
* Insert popsicle mold's cover with stick.

* Freeze them for 6-8 hours.
* Pull Popsicles out after freezing them.
* Enjoy.

For Lemonsicles:
* Place the fruits and gummies in each Popsicle mold.
* Pour lemonade into each mold.
Insert popsicle mold's cover with stick.

* Freeze them for 6-8 hours.
* Pull Popsicles out after freezing them.

* Enjoy.

Notes:
* You can use any kind of soda instead of Sprite.
* You may use your choices of fruits.
* You can also make them without any gummies or with any gummies.
* You can use Coconut water instead of Sprite and Lemonade.
* Any juices are also alternative choice for sprite or lemonade.
* Use Champagne or light rum if you would like as alcohol treat.
** If you don't have Popsicle molds, use plastic cups and insert wood stick.

Virgin Pina-Colada

    Virgin Pina Colada--An exhilarating glassful drink, that is sure to shake your taste buds out of their fantasy! A perfect and healthy drink for summer season.. Now that the cold weather has finally flew down, it is the best time to try out this cool drink.. A super easy and delishh recipe, using very few ingredients and also kids friendly!! Amazing.. hummm! This drink is made with a brilliant combination of Pineapple and Coconut milk along with vanilla ice-cream.

Ingredients::
20oz. Pineapple chunks with juice can 
1/3 cup chilled Coconut milk 
1 cup Vanilla ice cream
Sugar as taste (if needed)
1/2 cup Ice cubes
Some Pineapple chunks or pieces for Garnishing.
Method::
* Combine all the ingredients into blender.

* Blend all the ingredients till mixture is smooth and frothy.
* Pour equal amount of drink into 2 tall glasses.
* Garnish with Pineapple pieces. 
* Serve chilled. 

* Disfruta la bebeda!! Adios!

Nigella Seeds(Kalonji) Dip or Aachari Dip

   Nigella or Kalonji or Black seeds, is known as the "seed of blessing" as it is considered to be one of the greatest healing herbs of all times.. Apart from being a wonderful medicine, Nigella seeds are superb spice, used to flavor a variety of authentic dishes including pickles..Also popular decorative spice for tossing onto bread or naan, savoury cookies or pastries, as well as over salads too.. A tempering of Kalonji along with jeera goes well over rice too. its taste adds flavorsome value to any type of curry or stew or even to dal..Toasted Nigella seeds can be added to citric pickles to balance the flovor and improve digestion..Today's recipe is totally inspired my indian pickle's flavor. It's all about "Nigella Seeds(kalonji) Dip" or "Aachari Dip"...



    Never before would you have experienced such a wide assortment of Indian spices in a dip! With a base of curds, tempered with five aromatic spices, perked up with coriander and green chillies, and chilled to a pleasant temperature, this lip-smacking Achaari Dip or Nigella seeds Dip will make your taste buds tingle with joy, yearning for the next bite of dip-coated cracker or chip or tikki or khakhra..:)  
   When friends or family are coming over, a snack of chips and dips is the first thing comes to mind.. Or even wonderful snack to enjoy on a weekend's evening. This Nigella seeds dip is also perfect with simple Khakhras.. I perfer this dip with my favorite Bajari Dhebra Khakhra.. It goes very well with some crackers too.. Any crackers or corn chips or khakhras or tikkis become interesting with this deliciously chilled low-fat yogurt dip enhanced with delectable spices. Prepare in advance and enjoy at leisure..

INGREDIENTS:: 
1/2 teaspoon Oil
1/4 teaspoon Nigella seeds(Kalonji)
1/4 teaspoon Fenugreek(Methi) seeds
1/4 teaspoon Mustard(rai) seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon Fennel Seeds
A pinch of asafoetida(hing)
1/4 cup Chopped cilantro
Green chillies according to taste.(use 1-2)
3/4 cup Low-fat hung Yogurt or you can use regular yogurt
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
METHOD::
* Heat the oil in a small pan.
* Add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds, cumin seeds and fennal seeds.
* Add asafoetida, when seeds crackle.

* Saute for few seconds.
* Turn off the stove and keep aside to cool down.
* Add all roasted spices, green chillies, chopped cilantro, salt and sugar into a blender jar along with very low amount of water.
* Blend all together and make a fine paste.
* Pour the paste into a bowl, add the hung yogurt and wisk well.

* Keep in fridge for at least an hour. 
* Sprinkle some Nigella seeds and serve chilled.
* Enjoy.

NOTES:
-You may use regular yogurt instead of low-fat.
-You can use combination of sour cream and yogurt too.
-You can eat immediately too, no need to chilled it. But chilled taste more delicious.
