Mango Delight Fool

  Looking for dessert tonight...??? Here some Mango dessert for you all... It's called 'Mango Delight Fool'......    
" Mangoes are King of all the fruits."
         My family's the most favorite fruit. Almost everyone loves the Mango, right? So let's just make something different from it.
        We love to eat mangoes either ripe or unripe. Mangoes are sweet, some have soft, pulpy texture. Mango is used to make juices, smoothies, ice cream, pie, milkshake, pickles and so many other uses. 
         I'm sharing easy and quick recipe from mango today. And I would love to share many more recipes from mangoes in future so stay tune for more "MangoMania".!!!!
 Let's start Mango Delight Fool today....

Ingredients::::
2 cups Mango Puree
2 cups Cool Whipped Cream
1 cup ripe Mango Dices
1 tsp Lemon Zest
2 tbls Orange or Peach Marmalade

Method::::
Mix the mango puree, orange marmalade and lemon zest in a big bowl. 
Fold the cool whipped cream in that. 
Mix well.
Place the dices of mango in a glass.
Pour the mixture of mango Puree and whipped cream on top.
Garnish with some chopped mango pieces.
Serve it chilled.

       Sort and Simple recipe. Try it. I am sure kids will love it so much.

Instant Guava Ice Cream

                                      KEEP CALM AND EAT ICE CREAM.....
                 
                     There are so many kind of Ice Creams but yesterday I tried something very unique combination in ice cream and it turn out so yummy. You will believe me after make it by yourself but for that u need recipe of that, right?
                      Before sharing quick version of this unique Guava ice cream recipe. Let's share what I know about Guava.

                      We all know that Guava is Tropical fruit. The most production of Guava is in India and the second producer country is China. Above these 2 countries so many other countries are producer of Guava too. In many countries, Guava is eaten raw. So many cuisines uses Guava in there dishes. I love to eat Guava with sprinkle of chaat masala, red chili powder and salt.,hummm so tempting...

                      Guava is very rich in vitamin C, it contains almost four times more amount of vitamin C as compare to an orange.. It helps to improving your eyesight too. Guava keeps your nerves relaxed because it has good amount of vitamin B3 and vitamin B6. So many skin care products are made from Guava pulp too. One Tip:: Mash some guava flex with an egg York and apply it on your face and neck area. Rinse after 20 minutes with warm water. It helps to remove dead skin cells and improves your complexion.
                    "I Scream, You Scream, We All Scream" that is so old days. Let's we all scream for "Guava Chaat Ice Cream" these days. But for that you have to try my super cool and rapid recipe. Hope you all like it as much as I do!!


INGREDIENTS::
* 550grm Vanilla Ice Cream
* 250grm Guava Pulp
               {I just blend all the ripe Guava in blender, and strain the pulp by strainer}
*3 tbls     Sugar
*2 tbls     Hung Yogurt
*2 tsp      Chaat Masala
*1 tsp      Red Chile Powder

RAPID METHOD::
                     Take big mixing bowl, add room temperature vanilla ice cream with guava pulp, sugar, hung yogurt, chaat masala, red chile powder and mix all together very well.
                     Shift the ice cream mixture to the air-tight container. And put it to the freezer at least for 6-7 hours.
                      Serve it and enjoy the flavorful ice cream in no time..

Bharwa Paneer

        Are you all ready for another ride of food carnival?? .....
        By using vegetables and paneer, making dishes are super easy and fun. Paneer is the good source of Calcium, Protin and Vitamin k.
        Bell peppers are full of Vitamin c and Carotenoids. Too much heat cooking damage some of phytonutrients so uses of raw bellpeppers in your food makes dishes more healthy. 
Let's have a ride of BHARWA PANEER....
          
Ingredients:
For Stuffing:;
250 grams Paneer
Salt to taste
Pinch of turmeric 
1 tsp Kasoori Methi
3 rings of yellow, red & green bell peppers
Oil for shallow fry 
For Gravy::
1tsp oil
1tsp ghee

2tbls cashews paste( soak cashews in hot water at least for an hour and grind it and make paste)
1/2 cup Onion paste( sauté the onion with ginger, garlic and some almond, sauté till brown, cool them and make paste)
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder 
1/2tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric 
1/2 tsp roasted kasu ru methi powder
100 ml heavy whipping cream 
 For Tomatoes Purée::
3 tomatoes 
1 red bell pepper
  Let's Start::::
         Cut the 1 ring of each color bell pepper.(round shape). Keep rings on side.Soften the paneer with hands. Add salt, turmeric and kasuri methi.Mix well with hands.Divide it into three equal parts. Fill  the all 3 bell pepper rings with paneer mixture. Heat the flat non stick pan and shallow fry these rings with gentle care. Keep them on side.
       For Gravy:
              Heat the pan and add oil and ghee in it. Add cashews paste and turmeric. Sauté for a minute and add onion paste and tomatoes purée. Mix well. Add cinnamon powder, garam masala, red chili powder and sauté for couple of minutes. Cover it and cook it on slow flame for about 4-5 minutes. Add heavy whipping cream and mix well. Turn off the stove. 
         Take out the gravy in serving plate and arrange bellpeppers ring on it. 
         Serve with Nan or Parathas.

Berry Tiramisu

M"Tiramisu" means "Pick Me up" and I'm 100% sure that you will believe what it means after try this recipe.Tiramisu is the most popular Italian Dessert. It's basically made with coffee & chocolate flavored but try this variation whenever u plan to make Tiramisu. Traditional tiramisu contains some basic ingredients like,  finger biscuits, eggs, sugar, coffee, mascarpone  cheese and coco powder. I'm going to share this variation of tiramisu using lots of berries. 
It's not only dessert but it's healthy dessert with lots of yummy taste of mixed berries. 
            Berries help to manage Diabetes, berries might prevent Parkinson's, berries could boost Heart Health, berries for Weight Control, berries for Lower Blood Pressure, Fight Cancer with berries and many many more benefits.  I insists to add berries in your daily diet and make it super interesting recipes like this one.
                     Berry Tiramisu

Ingredients:
For Sauce:
2 cups of mixed berries(preferred Strawberries,blueberries & red raspberries) use fresh or frozen
2 1/2 tbls brown sugar
1tbls lemon juice
1tbls orange juice

For Tiramisu:
10-12 lady finger cookies( u can use just sponge cake if u can't find the cookies)
8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
2-3 cup Whipping topping Cream (frozen)
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract 
Few Lemon Zest
1/3 cup Sugar
 
 Let's start it:
Sauce: Heat the pan add berries with brown sugar and let it cook for couple of minutes. Add lemon and orange juice in it. Cook all for while and turn off the stove .
        Take big mixing bowl and add mascarpone cheese and sugar in it. Mix both well. After mixed well add frozen cool whipping cream fold it very easy.add vanilla extract and  lemon zest and fold it again. Keep in refrigrator while u arrange the cookie in tray.
            Seprate the liquid from berries as much as u can and just warm it. Take a deep tray or cup (your choice to serve it)
Dip the lady finger cookie in warm sauce and arrange your first layer.Bring cream mixed from refrigrator and spread the cream mixture on cookies. Spread evenly the berries sauce with berries. Now repeat the same way to make one more layer of cookie ,cream and Berries sauce. 
         Let it be cool in refrigrator at least for 4 to 5 hours. It will absorb all the sauce and flavour very well 
         Serve it cold and high five for this great variation of this yummy dessert.

Methi Matar Malai

          Today's recipe is "Methi Matar Malai". Sharing some knowledge about Methi and Green Peas before shares recipe, hope u enjoy. 
          Methi( fenugreek) is one of the most favorite veggie at winter time but we love to eat in any seasons. Methi is full of Iron,calcium, protien and carbohydrates, which makes your hair, skin,sore throat better. Also helps to control your sugar level. And good in dieting. After so many benefits of hope u guys would love to use Methi more frequently in your menu.
   Now few words about Green Peas. Green Peas are very rich in Vitamin K and manganese. Green Peas also protect against stomach cancer,heart disease and good source to support for blood pressure regulation.
        So these are some informations, I know...Before leaving you for next exciting recipe let me share recipe about Methi matar malai, do try it my way...!!!thThank you
Gravy:
1tsp oil
1 tsp ghee
1 small bowl chopped white onion
1tbls cashews 
1tbls charoli
1 tbls poppyseeds
3 green tomatoes (if u can't find u always use red tomatoes)
 Dry Gravy:
1 tsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
1tsp turmeric powder
Pinch of astafatida 
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp green chili paste
1/2 small bowl of Green Peas
Salt according to taste
1 small bowl chopped Methi leaves
1/2 bowl Chopped Cilantro
3tbls whipping cream
        Make Gravy:
                      Heat the pan add oil and ghee in it. Add chopped onion and sauté well. Add cashews, charoli & poppyseeds and sauté for couple of minutes. Then add chopped tomatoes. Cover the pan and let them cook. Add 2-3 tbls water in between and cook till tomatoes get totally tender. Turn off stove and let it cool. After cooling blend this in blender and make gravy. 
             Heat the pan on slow flame again and add some ghee in it. Add cumin seeds and astafatida and turmeric powder , garam masala sauté for 1 minute add ginger, garlic and chili paste and sauté for half a minute. Add Green Peas and salt and cover them for a while. Let them cook on slow-medium  heat. Add Methi leaves and cilantro and sauté for couple of minutes. Add blended gravy and mix well. At the and add whipping cream and turn off stove.
   Serve with your favorite naan or kulchas.

Chocolate Bowl


Here is my first blog starting with some sweet for good luck. I have no sweet tooth but of course my son has it. My kids are crazy about chocolate and that's why I created the chocolate bowl for them with some healthy berries filled up....
Chocolates are most favorite in all age groups. Most commonly chocolate comes in dark,white and milk varieties  in all, my favorite is Dark chocolate. Dark chocolate may gives positively affect the circulatory system and also reduce blood pressure. Chocolate may lower cholesterol in adults too and may boost congnitive abilities
So why not try this innovative way to serve chocolate.
Kids would love it with healthy berries at snack time.
