Khasta Roti

"Indian Flat Bread....!" One particularly indispensable part of Indian menu is the quintessential roti called chapatti, rotli, phulka, poli and so forth. Imagine a typical Indian meal without roti? Or it's other versions: Parathas or puri? It is certainly an art to be mastered. And practice makes it perfect. In fact now that the world is awakening to nutritious and fiber rich 'brown' bread, we can proudly say that Indians have the best 'brown' bread that is the roti!(indian flat bread). I'm going to use wheat flour in this recipe, but you can use all purpose flour (maida) as well. Khasta roti is a mouth watering crispy recipe.
